How Bumpers Comfort Ltd handles business inquiry data and website privacy choices.
Scope of this draft
This policy describes the Bumpers Comfort Ltd international corporate website. It is an operational template and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.
The separate Bumpers Israel retail website has its own systems and policies and is not governed by this document.
Information you provide
Business inquiry forms collect your name, company, work email, country, inquiry type, message, and privacy consent. You may optionally provide a job title, company website, phone or WhatsApp number, business type, estimated order range, product interests, target market, launch period, or relevant media details.

How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to the requested business, media, product, or collaboration opportunity; maintain related correspondence; protect the form from abuse; and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
The company should document final retention periods, legal bases, regional rights processes, and internal access controls before launch.
Service providers and international processing
The planned lead system uses Resend for transactional email and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification when configured. Google Analytics 4 is used only when it is configured and the visitor grants Analytics consent. The retail locator requests map tiles from the public OpenFreeMap service, using OpenMapTiles data and OpenStreetMap contributors. Opening Google Maps, Waze, or the direct business WhatsApp link follows an external link to that provider. WhatsApp may process information under its own terms when a visitor chooses to open it. An optional CRM webhook may be added later. Providers, processing locations, transfer mechanisms, and contracts require final privacy review.
Analytics data
After Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 may receive page views and privacy-safe interaction events together with non-personal metadata such as active language, page type, inquiry type, product category, article slug, destination type, or CTA location.
The website event layer does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, company websites, social-profile URLs, exact form values, request IDs, Turnstile tokens, or product quantities to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied because Google Ads is not configured.
Map and Near Me privacy
The interactive retail map is optional; the complete location list remains available without it. Loading the map causes the browser to request map resources from the configured tile provider under that provider's privacy terms.
Near Me runs only after you press the control and grant browser location permission. Distance calculations take place locally in your browser. The site does not send your coordinates to its server, store your precise location, include it in analytics, or include your search text in analytics.
Your choices and inquiries
Business, privacy, accessibility, and legal inquiries may be submitted through the official contact form. A visitor may alternatively choose a direct CEO business WhatsApp link for an initial conversation. The localized prefilled message contains no form values or other visitor information, and WhatsApp does not open automatically. Optional analytics remain disabled unless configured and accepted through cookie preferences. You can reject optional storage or withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer.
